This two-day session is suitable for those who are new to strategic planning wanting to develop their leadership skills right through to seasoned professionals wanting to refresh their skills and gain valuable insights

Strategy Nuts & Bolts is an interactive session aimed at individuals wishing to gain more knowledge about strategic business planning and those wanting ideas as to how to inspire their organisations into strategic action.

The training course includes:

  • Determining the purpose of your organisation
  • The need for a shared future vision
  • The benefits or organisational values (not just wallpaper)
  • Understanding the current state of play
  • How to grow the organisation sustainably
  • How to develop business strategy, goals & objectives
  • The importance of measuring, monitoring & review
  • Attributes of a successful organisation and much much more!

The venue for this course is The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, 630 Little Collins Street Melbourne, just across the road from Southern Cross Station. Car parking is not included but available nearby. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements when enrolling.
