A key feature of this course is the “seven quality tools”. The seven quality tools are used to study, measure, implement, and monitor improvement. The seven quality tools can be used at all levels of the organisation to achieve practical improvement outcomes.

Our online sessions are facilitated via Zoom and class numbers are limited to ensure all students have the best opportunity to engage with our educators and fellow attendees. If you are new to online learning, please contact us so we can work with you during this transition.
Our Melbourne venue for the in-person courses (F2F) are held at Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, 630 Little Collins Street Melbourne, just across the road from Southern Cross Station. Car parking is not included but available nearby. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements when enrolling.
