This course provides vital insights into facilitating specific improvement programs and arms participants with the tools, techniques and knowledge necessary to plan, conduct and implement improvement initiatives. A key feature of this course is the “seven quality tools”. The seven quality tools are used to study, measure, implement, and monitor improvement. The seven quality tools can be used at all levels of the organisation to achieve practical improvement outcomes.

This course is ideal for organisations and individuals looking to implement organisation wide improvement programs, or to improve existing improvement practices within their organisation.
