Management Systems Auditing is our most popular auditing course now reaching over 6000 students across 30 years across Australia and worldwide. Following the principles of AS/ISO 19011 (an Australian and International Standard used to control any management system audit), students can expect to be supported to gain confidence and competence to conduct highly effective, engaging and professional internal or second party audits in the workplace.

This course is also suitable for those who have to conduct audits against a range of compliance criteria such as contracts, management plans, quality, safety, environmental, sustainability, food, human services, health, aviation, aged care, animal welfare, disability and more.

We encourage our students to audit WITH their colleagues, not against them.

Course Objectives By the end of the course students should have gained:

  • A clear understanding of the audit requirements of management system standards
  • An understanding of process based auditing
  • Knowledge of the AS/NZS/ISO 19011 auditing Guidelines
  • An understanding of auditor & auditee responsibilities
  • Skills regarding audit planning, scheduling and communication
  • Competence on how to prepare audit tools & checklists
  • Confidence and skills from participating in a live audit performance (no exam)
  • Knowledge and use of the Auditors Pocket Guide
Delivery Options

We offer two delivery modes to choose from: Online or in-person (F2F).

Our online sessions are facilitated via Zoom and class numbers are limited to ensure all students have the best opportunity to engage with our educators and fellow attendees. If you are new to online learning, please contact us so we can work with you during this transition.
