ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems is by far the most popular compliance standard in use across the world. It has been in place for over 30 years and is often a pre-requisite for government contracts or a funding enabler.

Our course steps you through the history and use of the standard and Demystifies attendees regarding its content and intent. If you have taken over the coordination of this compliance activity then this course would be an ideal introduction. We provide a brief overview of the clauses and explain the use of tips and tools that you can implement to make the application in your workplace simpler and more meaningful.

We provide a copy of the standard as part of the course materials. Come along and engage with others from all types of industries and vocations. Explore some of the myths from the past and of the latest ideas to help with application.

Face-to-face sessions are held at The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, 630 Little Collins Street Melbourne, just across the road from Southern Cross Station. Car parking is not included but available nearby. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements when enrolling.

Online sessions are being held via MS Teams. This session is facilitated by Geoff and participants are encouraged to ask questions and participate in discussion during the course. Geoff has now conducted over 20 online facilitated courses using MS Teams & Zoom. The feedback from participants have been overwhelming positive regarding this online delivery mode.
