Arguably, Project Management is one of the main skills required for the effective management of an organisation. This is especially true when the organisation provides project related outcomes to its customers, or, when the organisation is managing a number of critical internal projects.

This training course is suitable for Team Leaders, Department Managers, Quality Practitioners and individuals with project responsibilities that are looking to improve the quality of their project outputs.

This program provides learning in the area of project quality requirements. The program includes various aspects of managing a project with specific emphasis on the quality of the project deliverables. The program includes identifying stakeholder inputs, determining project requirements, performance planning, establishing processes to manage the project and monitoring and review of the project quality requirements.

Course Objectives By the end of the course students should have gained knowledge of the:

  • Content of project quality standards & project quality assurance requirements

  • Project quality planning approaches

  • Project quality documentation and quality control requirements

  • Techniques used for project monitoring & continual improvement

Delivery Options

We offer two delivery modes to choose from: Online or in-person (F2F).

Our online sessions are facilitated via Zoom and class numbers are limited to ensure all students have the best opportunity to engage with our educators and fellow attendees. If you are new to online learning, please contact us so we can work with you during this transition.

Our Melbourne venue for the in-person courses (F2F) are held at Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, 630 Little Collins Street Melbourne, just across the road from Southern Cross Station. Car parking is not included but available nearby. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements when enrolling.

    CANCELLATIONS:
    Cancellation fees apply for late cancellations and 'no shows'.
