Incident Management & Reportable Incidents

Registered NDIS Providers must train staff in incident management & reportable incidents. We have developed a practical 3 hour course that explains requirements within the Incident Management and Reportable Incidents Rules and educates people how to effectively identify, assess, manage & report on an incident.

Public courses are currently being facilitated online via Zoom. Group bookings and/or private sessions (in-person or online) options are available.

Training for NDIS Providers

Our NDIS Provider training package was designed in response to requests from our clients and Approved Quality Auditors working in the NDIS sector. We aim to unpack the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements, so providers can gain a clear understanding of how to achieve certification or verification and maintain that registration.

Providers who attend our sessions obtain a clear understanding of the NDIS and all the associated standards and rules so they can not only pass an audit, but become a thriving business in a competitive market that delivers excellent safe & quality services to participants.

We offer a range of webinars for providers and their people regarding specific topics related to NDIS Compliance.
